Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls throughout your scheduled shift, providing timely and effective support to our members Assist customers with healthcare claims and enrollment, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered Develop a good rapport with callers, using your excellent communication skills to build trust and resolve issues efficiently Navigate multiple applications and systems, quickly transitioning from one task to another with ease and accuracy Utilize dual monitors to access and manage customer information, ensuring seamless and efficient support Maintain a high level of professionalism, remaining level-headed and composed in high-pressure situations Consistently provide high-quality customer support, meeting and exceeding our standards for excellence Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our organization's values and goals. These include: At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Excellent listening skills, research abilities, and attention to detail, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed accurately and efficiently A warm and friendly approach, with the ability to develop a good rapport with callers and de-escalate difficult situations Strong navigation skills, with the ability to quickly transition between multiple applications and systems Proficiency with dual monitors, as well as excellent typing skills (minimum 25 WPM) and keyboard shortcut knowledge A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices Residency in the US, with the ability to work from home and participate in our mandatory paid training program Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field, with knowledge of claims and enrollment processes Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
