We offer a range of career opportunities and provide our employees with the training and support they need to succeed. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns. * Escalating/Transferring/Completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback on call issues. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
