You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and that our customers are satisfied with our services. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels * Accurately and efficiently process patient data and medication information using arenaflex's proprietary data entry system * Investigate and resolve patient and medication-related issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and data entry activities * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service and data entry skills * Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Basic computer skills, including typing, data entry, and software applications * Ability to learn and use arenaflex's proprietary data entry system * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards * 18 years of age or older **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment * 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including fulfilling quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive training and development programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities for advancement and leadership development **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
