Our team of dedicated professionals, including pharmacists, plays a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system by providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for underserved populations. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling high-volume client requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor * Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations * Investigating missing pharmacy data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related issues * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, by identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed * Acquiring a dynamic pharmacy permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a valid professional permit or certification * Collaborating with team members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality service standards **Work Environment and Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
