Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional service, driving innovation, and making a positive impact on people's lives. **Key Responsibilities** As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to telephone and email inquiries from clients, members, and providers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. * Negotiating with providers to gain acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers, utilizing your expertise in medical terminology, insurance verification, and pre-certification. * Assisting clients with benefits and healthcare questions, providing clear and concise information to ensure they understand their coverage and options. * Documenting all calls received in our system-based call log, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication between teams. * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, utilizing your analytical and research skills to identify solutions and implement effective resolutions. * Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support to clients. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for 2 years of college or higher education. * At least one year of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in a healthcare-related setting. * Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is highly desirable. * Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus, but not required. * Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully and diplomatically. * Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with strong computer skills and navigation. * Excellent data entry and typing skills, with the ability to multitask and anticipate potential needs/problems. * Knowledge of provider organizations and networks, as well as CMS Medicare reimbursement rates. * Ability to effectively negotiate rate structures and build relationships with internal and external customers. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Medical terminology knowledge * Claim processing skills * Insurance verification or pre-certification experience * Provider office/facility billing department or financial area experience * Strong analytical and research skills **Work Environment and Physical Demands** This position is based in a typical office/home office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in front of a computer. You will need to have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including computers and phone systems. **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
