About the Role We are looking for a passionate and proactive Contract Customer Service Representative to engage with arenaflex members, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them navigate our program and find the right healthcare solutions for their needs. As a member of our team, you will become an expert on arenaflex's product, operations, and member needs, delivering amazing service via phone, chat, and email. Your focus will be on member support, and you will act as the voice of arenaflex, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our members. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to arenaflex members, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits, as well as find the right healthcare providers for their needs Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting process improvements as you identify them Manage and organize your workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring timely and effective resolutions Retail a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends Relay member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of arenaflex's solution and services Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for helping people solve their problems, with the ability to think creatively and empathetically. You should also have experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of staying calm under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness.
