Experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Success Representative – Data-Driven Customer Support and Success Expert

About the Role This unique position combines the best of both worlds: Customer Success (proactive) and Customer Support (reactive). You'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, addressing customer issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our Operations and Product departments. As a highly accountable and independent individual, you'll thrive in this fully-remote role, working independently and collaboratively with our team to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
