About the Role Your mission, as a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, will be to engage with our customers via phone or mail, solving their inquiries and issues promptly and courteously. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide excellent guidance and support, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform. This role is crucial as we grow and expand, aiming to have around 200 employees distributed over 5 countries by the end of 2024. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously via phone and email. Provide accurate information about our platform and its features, ensuring customers can maximize their use of our solution. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system, contributing to the improvement of our Customer Development operation. Support the continuous improvement of our customer service processes, suggesting enhancements and implementing changes as needed. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 6 months of experience in customer service or support, with a proven track record of using technical documentation to navigate platforms and processes. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, allowing you to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. The ability to quickly grasp, explain, and troubleshoot new technologies, product updates, and systems to end users, ensuring our customers receive the best possible support. Experience communicating customer issues to internal teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring seamless issue resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to provide clear, concise, and courteous support to our customers. Experience in software or tech organizations is a plus, as it will help you understand our platform and its features more deeply.
