About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our client success team, responsible for initiating authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our teams to represent one of our esteemed clients, a Business Coach, and engage with their audience to drive sales and growth. Your day-to-day activities will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, replying to active leads, and closing sales, all while managing your time effectively and communicating with your team. Key Responsibilities Initiate new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales Grow organic accounts through engaging content and strategic outreach Reply to active leads and close sales, ensuring exceptional customer service Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess an Advanced or Native (C1-C2) level of English, as well as a strong desire to work in a sales environment with a focus on USD-based income. You will need a fully functional desktop or laptop, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection to perform your duties. Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends) is also required, and you must be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months) Confidence in your English skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively Experience working from home and a desire for professional and financial growth A high interest in learning, making money, and working in a dynamic, trial-and-error environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with technology, including social media platforms and sales tools. A strong work ethic, resilience, and adaptability are also essential, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
