Our 5 Leadership Principles guide us in our everyday interactions, ensuring that every one of us is a leader, from individual contributors to the senior team. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Care and Sales Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns * Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies * Meeting sales goals and growing from feedback and coaching * Selling arenaflex smart home and other products on every call * Directly connected to PPX incentives * Spending 4-8 hours daily working at a computer * Escalating calls appropriately when needed * Participating in 3-4 weeks of in-class training, additional 2-4 weeks of floor training directly paired with peers **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent) * Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information * Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team * Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance * Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software * A passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge) * Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn * Including but not limited to Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Bilingual Spanish/Español skills (additional financial incentives provided) * High customer service acumen * Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives * Distraction-free work environment with home office or designated workspace * High-speed internet (minimum requirements of 10MBPS download/5MBPS upload) **Benefits and Perks** As an arenaflex employee, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Base pay is guaranteed and paid biweekly.
