Key Responsibilities Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, guiding customers through the ordering procedure online. Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, working with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns. Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic requirements: A high school graduation or equivalent. Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries. Proficient in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and calculate percentages. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs. Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities, with flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings. A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy, with experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service. A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian.
