Job Overview In this critical role, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, providing technical support, scheduling assistance, and resolving donor inquiries via our website, live chat, texting, social media, email, and phone channels. Key Responsibilities Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot donor inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring resolution follow-up and adherence to response times and guidelines. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, building sustainable relationships with donors and prospect donors through interactive communication across all support channels. Identify recurring system or application issues and escalate them to the leadership team for prompt resolution, contributing to the continuous improvement of our donor support processes. Resolve escalated issues related to the donor portal, donor store, and website troubleshooting, ensuring seamless donor experiences. Assist with donor scheduling, ensuring efficient and convenient appointment setting for our valued donors. Monitor customer feedback, analyzing trends and areas for improvement to inform service enhancements and optimize the overall donor experience. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will possess: A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with donors across various channels and resolve issues efficiently. Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to issue resolution. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong self-motivation, discipline, and organizational skills. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
