**Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville**

If you're passionate about our brand, enjoy building strong relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! **What You'll Do:** As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering top-notch customer service via email and live chat, ensuring every interaction is nothing but wonderful * Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships * Utilizing internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments * Identifying and solving trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience * Staying up-to-date with the latest technology systems and procedures to continuously improve our customer experience **Who You Are:** We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is proud of their accomplishments. You're a creative problem solver who thinks outside the box and is skilled in navigating multiple tabs and windows. You're a sensitive and effective communicator who can adapt your tone and style to suit your audience. You're eager to learn new technology systems and procedures and can juggle multiple tasks while remaining organized and attentive to detail. **Requirements:** * Ability to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls * Quiet workspace with minimal noise (e.g., home office) for fulfilling shifts * Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT * Availability evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season * Reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router * Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) **Extra Credit:** * Customer service experience * Experience working from home **About Us:** arenaflex was founded with a mission to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
