Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Your duties will include: Engaging in online conversations with customers to address their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Providing accurate and timely information about our products and services to help customers make informed decisions Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and drive sales Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review to help our clients achieve their business objectives Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to stay up-to-date with the latest information and trends Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or a related industry is preferred but not necessary Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience in the automotive industry or a related field, with knowledge of our products and services Advanced internet and computer skills, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer support tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Experience in a call center or customer support environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a strong commitment to learning and development Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with a strong focus on customer support and satisfaction Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
