Key Responsibilities Field incoming customer service calls, assuming responsibility to resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy. Research account status and identify account issues, utilizing your analytical skills to understand the root cause of problems and propose effective solutions. Address billing inquiries and resolve billing disputes in a fair and transparent manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome and that all regulatory requirements are met. Process disconnection and re-connection requests, ensuring that these are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Enroll customers and resolve enrollment issues, providing clear and concise information about our services and ensuring that the enrollment process is smooth and hassle-free. Initiate collection activity on past due accounts and process disconnection and re-connection requests, always maintaining a customer-centric approach and seeking to find solutions that benefit both the customer and arenaflex. Serve as a customer advocate, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies associated with the role, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve our services and enhance the customer experience. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, enabling you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base. Outstanding phone etiquette and polished communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent listening skills, allowing you to understand customer concerns, empathize with their situation, and provide personalized support. Ability to maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with agitated customers, remaining patient, professional, and composed under pressure.
