As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional support, interacting with buyers and sellers, and resolving customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions. Key Responsibilities Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience for all users. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex's products, processes, and systems. Become an expert in arenaflex's product offerings, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution. Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience, contributing to the development of process improvements and best practices. Essential Qualifications Open to working overnight shifts from 10pm - 7:00am PST, with weekend availability required. 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services, with a strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations. Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom, and a strong obsession with customers and serving their needs. Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred, with previous startup experience being a plus. Knowledge of collectibles is a desirable asset, but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, depending on your level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
