Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for representing arenaflex's automotive dealer clients in online conversations, aiming to turn these interactions into valuable leads that contribute to our clients' revenue growth. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements: Reside within the state of Kansas, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions. Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the minimum technical specifications (8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher). Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, and commit to ongoing learning and development. Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Gaming experience is preferred, as it can help you develop the skills and strategies needed to excel in this role. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in online conversations or chat operations. Familiarity with the automotive industry, although not required, can be an asset in understanding our clients' needs and preferences. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and online platforms. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of motivation and productivity.
