**Experienced Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift) – Livestream Shopping Platform**

With a focus on livestream shopping, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of online marketplaces. **The Role** As a Customer Experience Agent on our overnight shift team, you'll play a critical role in driving the best possible user experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, improving processes, and providing exceptional support to our buyers and sellers. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible, and if something goes wrong, you'll be there to make it right. **Key Responsibilities** * Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience * Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner * Become an expert in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users * Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions * Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience **You** We're looking for a curious and growth-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a customer service mentality, a passion for reaching the best possible outcome, and a willingness to work collaboratively with others. **Essential Qualifications** * Open to working an overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST * 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services * Weekend availability required * Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations * Experience with Customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom * Obsession with customers / being customer-first / serving customers * Proactive problem-solver and process-improver * Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus * Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred * Previous start-up experience is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or co-located team environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's product and processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Team Environment** As a member of our team, you'll be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
