You'll work closely with your colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, from welcoming them upon arrival to resolving any issues that may arise. Your passion for delivering exceptional service, combined with your ability to think creatively and solve problems, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception * Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded * Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm * Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations * Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the customer experience * Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support our Card Members' travel plans * Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members **Lounge Hours of Operation** Our Centurion Lounge at DCA Airport operates from 5:00 am – 9:00 pm (Sunday to Friday) and 5:00 am – 7:00 pm (Saturday).
