This role requires a friendly, professional, and efficient approach to customer interactions, as well as a strong understanding of rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services. **Key Responsibilities** * Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner * Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment * Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information * Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors * Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned * Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return * Notify management of any known customer problems or vehicle issues * Continuously build knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and development opportunities, as well as company-sponsored classroom training **Qualifications** * Must be at least 18 years old * High School Diploma or G.E.D. required * Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support * Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years * Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future * Ability to work the following shifts/schedules: + Sunday: 4:00pm - 12:00am + Wednesday: 4:00pm - 12:00am + Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am + Friday: 4:00pm - 12:00am + Saturday: 4:00pm - 12:00am + Or + Sunday: 4:00pm - 12:00am + Monday: 4:00pm - 12:00am + Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am + Friday: 4:00pm - 12:00am + Saturday: 4:00pm - 12:00am **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive starting pay of $18.00/hour * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive training and development programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
