Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure that all employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Developing and delivering training materials, including non-classroom communication and training programs, to ensure that all employees are equipped to handle client projects with confidence and professionalism. * Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to employees. * Participating in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. * Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, including maintaining confidentiality and security protocols. * Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, where flexibility and adaptability are essential. * Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant protocols. * Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **Must be able to work remotely**: You will be required to work from home or a remote location, with access to reliable internet and technology. * **Must be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST**: You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our clients and business. * **Must be willing to learn and adapt**: You will need to be open to new ideas, technologies, and processes, and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. * **Ability to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others**: You will need to be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and hold yourself and others accountable for results. * **Requires solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills**: You will need to be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our clients and business. * **College degree preferred or equivalent work experience required**: You will need to have a degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience. * **High school diploma or GED required**: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. * **Must pass background and drug tests**: You will need to pass a background check and drug test before starting work. * **Experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**: You will need to be
