Assist clients with product selection, troubleshooting, and general inquiries, using your knowledge and expertise to provide effective and informed solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed, ensuring that all client concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a detailed knowledge of arenaflex's offerings to provide effective and informed solutions, staying up-to-date on industry trends, company updates, and new product releases. Track and document client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and providing feedback to the management team on recurring issues or common customer concerns. Monitor and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service, using your excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions to meet their requirements, using your problem-solving skills and client-focused approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction levels are high, demonstrating your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and support. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong typing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in live chat software and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce). Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism, with excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach. Basic technical knowledge of power systems or data center infrastructure is a plus, although not required, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills and expertise.
