The Advisor, Customer Logistics and Supply Chain role is a unique and challenging opportunity for a talented professional to make a significant impact on our organization and our customers. As a single point of contact for our customers, shared services, sales, and product supply system teams, you will be responsible for managing planned and unplanned sales activities, leading cross-functional meetings, and driving process improvements that enhance our customer service and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Managing planned and unplanned sales activities that impact multiple orders and customers, determining solutions, and executing changes to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Leading cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders and key customers to resolve issues, address concerns, and drive process improvements. Performing day-to-day customer service activities, managing escalated issues, and addressing service issues and opportunities raised by customers, product supply system teams, customer solutions, and account teams. Leading continuous improvement activities and project management with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations, improve quality, speed, and capabilities, and meet or exceed goals. Understanding performance metrics and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and excellence. Communicating and presenting to all levels of the organization, including customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment, collaboration, and effective decision-making. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred. At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center; three years of experience in a customer-facing role and three years in a call center are preferred. Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers. Knowledge of supply chain, order management, and customer services processes and systems, with experience using systems such as SAP, Oracle Transportation Management, and Microsoft Office. A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication, with a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving growth and excellence. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong complex issue resolution skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain operations. Experience with supply chain management, order management, and customer services processes and systems, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
