These features include: Easy-to-use raffle creation and management tools, designed to streamline the process of setting up and running online raffles Secure payment processing, ensuring that all transactions are safe and reliable Automated ticket generation and distribution, making it easy to manage ticket sales and distribution Real-time reporting and analytics, providing valuable insights into raffle performance and fundraising progress Compliance features to help organizations adhere to local regulations, ensuring that all raffles are run in accordance with relevant laws and guidelines The Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely for 20 hours per week. While our ideal hours are 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, we offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the right candidate. As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers, managing customer support, and contributing to the development of our platform and services.
