The Position: Helping Families Plan for Their Future As a customer sales representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping families plan for their future. You'll work with clients to ensure that they have a plan in place in case of unexpected tragedies, such as a plan to continue mortgage payments and other bills. You'll obtain clients through our state-of-the-art lead generation system, which eliminates the need for cold calls and prospecting. Instead, you'll focus on building relationships with families who are eager for your help, and you'll meet with them virtually using platforms like Zoom and Facetime. Key Responsibilities: Help families plan for their future by providing them with personalized solutions and guidance Obtain clients through our state-of-the-art lead generation system Follow up with clients and meet with them virtually to discuss their needs and provide solutions Work with our team of leaders and sales professionals to achieve your goals and grow your business Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve your skills and knowledge Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and grow. You don't need to have prior experience in sales or the industry, as we'll provide you with comprehensive training and support to help you get started. If you're not licensed, we'll help you get licensed, and if you're new to sales, we'll teach you how to talk to people and provide them with what they're looking for.
