You will work closely with our clients to resolve routine problems related to their products or services, ensuring that our service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). If you have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations * Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to the customer * Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with the customer * Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures * Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services, staying up-to-date on new developments and updates * Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Offer additional products and/or services to customers, ensuring they are aware of all available options * Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases, ensuring accurate and timely reporting * Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred * Courteous with a strong customer service orientation, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional results * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software * Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with customers and colleagues * Dependable with strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks * Skilled in multi-tasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced, high-production work environment * Tolerance for repetitive work, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and ever-changing environment * Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with minimal supervision * Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner * Ability to rotate shifts, as needed, to meet business demands **Preferred Qualifications:** * Additional experience or skills may be required based on location and/or program * Job requirements may vary by country and will not contravene any local laws **Career Framework Role:** This role is part of our Career Framework, which provides a clear path for growth and development within arenaflex.
