Job Overview As a Member Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our 100% remote Contact Center team, dedicated to providing top-notch support to our members, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
