Job Overview As a Member Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our 100% remote Contact Center team, dedicated to providing top-notch support to our members, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that offers a unique opportunity to develop your customer service skills, gain valuable knowledge in the healthcare sector, and advance your career in a rapidly growing industry.
