About the Role As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities when necessary. Key Responsibilities Handle emergency signals and respond promptly to alarm activations, ensuring the safety and security of our customers Notify and verify alarm signals, gathering critical information and making informed decisions about dispatching authorities Dispatch proper authorities, such as police, fire, or emergency medical services, as needed Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous customer service experience. You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed. Computer literacy is also essential, as you will be using our proprietary software and systems to manage alarm signals and respond to customer inquiries. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or emergency response environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime Computer literacy and proficiency in using software and systems to manage alarm signals and respond to customer inquiries Preferred Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as a call center or emergency response center Knowledge of alarm monitoring systems and emergency response protocols Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and authorities.
