Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German-Speaking Customer Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide first-class customer satisfaction at all times, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat, social media, and reviews, logging call details and performing follow-ups as required. Support consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying their needs, recommending products, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Forward escalations and defined topics to the respective brand units or contact persons, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. De-escalate complaints, offering solutions within established procedures and guidelines, and transfer non-standard cases to the relevant teams or partners for resolution. Ensure accurate representation of the arenaflex brand and corporate image in all interactions, generating exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service and personal care. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Fluency in German and advanced English language skills. Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries effectively. Strong written skills and a customer-focused attitude, with the ability to provide clear and concise responses to customer inquiries. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are desirable: Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of the sport clothing industry or a related field, with an understanding of customer needs and preferences. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
