As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of logistics and customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for: * Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to provide real-time support and resolve issues efficiently * Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty * Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer interaction * Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure a positive experience * Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, using logical and sound judgment * Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues * Approaching problems with a customer-centric mindset and making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer * Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, with opportunities for career growth and professional development **Requirements** * High School or equivalent diploma * Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer expectations * Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook * Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools **A Day in the Life** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. You will be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You will be responsible for: * Informing our delivery partners about customer requests and updates * Resolving delivery issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience * Working closely with our warehouse and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations * Developing logistical and customer expertise that sets arenaflex apart * Connecting with our customers every day, using your in-depth understanding of our supply chain and local knowledge of delivery connections and warehouses **About the Team** Our Customer Service team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team.
