As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company's continued success. **The Opportunity** As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with valued sellers and customers who have placed orders through the arenaflex exchange. You will take calls and respond to emails on a broad range of event and order-related questions, working to ensure that both our sellers and customers receive exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and professional support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. **Role Expectations and Progression** As a Customer Service Associate, your role expectations will progress significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's an overview of what you can expect: **Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)** * Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to understand how arenaflex operates and the live event industry. * Learn about ticket marketplaces, how they operate, and your role in providing great experiences for customers. * Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems. **Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)** * Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. * Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities. * Navigate the order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance. **Seller Operations Associate (90 days in)** * Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. * Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers. **What You'll Bring** To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities: * Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. * A strong customer service mindset that embodies problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills. * Interest in the live event space and an eager-to-learn attitude. **Work Environment and Schedule** arenaflex is located in Coppell, TX, and offers a hybrid work model. The first 4 weeks of employment will be spent in the office for training, which is paid and all-inclusive. After the training period, you'll work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The work hours are: * 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off. * 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off. **Compensation and Benefits** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility. You'll also receive bi-annual bonuses and an annual equity grant.
