Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, providing them with an unparalleled level of service and support. Key Responsibilities: Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing them with timely and accurate information Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients in a favorable and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive Utilize your exceptional communication skills to turn conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients Work independently in a remote setting, maintaining a quiet and dedicated workspace that is free from distractions Attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, to ensure that you are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role Meet and exceed performance metrics, including typing speed and conversation quality, to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional level of service Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: Reside within the state of Kansas, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the minimum system requirements of 8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred Gaming experience is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to think creatively and work in fast-paced environments Essential Qualifications: In addition to meeting the requirements outlined above, the ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in online conversations and provide an unparalleled level of customer service Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and a high level of self-motivation Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues and maintain a reliable internet connection Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and motivation Familiarity with the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of our clients and customers Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
