Job Overview arenaflex is excited to offer a full-time Customer Service Representative position at the Eagle County Regional Airport location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support, servicing customers, and acting as a rental backup in a large home city branch or airport location. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, and supporting their branch and rental needs. Key Responsibilities Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone Take incoming calls, reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and answers, providing information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions Effectively market the company while picking up customers and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner, assisting customers as needed Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and process customer billing Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: At least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment At least 12 months of work experience at their most recent employer A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future Experience working late nights is preferred Skills and Competencies The successful candidate will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
