With the support of KKR, one of the world's largest and most successful private equity investment companies, we're poised for continued growth and success. **Join our team and be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.** **The Details** * Start Date: February 19, 2024 * Training: Three weeks (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM MST) with virtual and remote work arrangements * Full Time or Part Time positions available * Starting base pay: $15.00 per hour * Shift: between 11 AM and 11 PM MST, with a required Saturday or Sunday shift each week **What you'll do** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform * Responding to incoming emails from customers in a timely and professional manner * Requesting contact lens prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed * Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, utilizing your sales skills to provide personalized recommendations * Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, delivering solutions that create a positive experience for our customers * Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability * Problem-solving and thinking on your feet to address customer concerns and issues **Why we'll love you** We're looking for individuals who embody our company values: Big-hearted, Tenacious, Unconventional, and Better together!
