You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues and provide timely responses to their inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. In addition to regular CSR duties, you'll also be responsible for processing credits, creating and clearing credits per current credit policy, and performing necessary record-keeping activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests, according to established standards with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication, received through the automated phone system, email, web, or mail regarding inquiries on invoices, payments, and collections as outlined by the Customer Service Supervisor. * Position arenaflex products and services to customers, positioning our solutions as the best fit for their needs. * Re-search customer issues and find workable solutions to resolve customer concerns. * Share ideas with the department that increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs. * Perform necessary record-keeping activities. * Responsible for credit creation and clearing per current credit policy. * Use company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts. * Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. **Essential Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or Equivalent. * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a credit or billing role. * Excellent communication and multitasking skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to re-search customer issues. * Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a credit or billing role. * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. * Certification in customer service or a related field. * Bilingual or multilingual skills. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. * Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer concerns. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
