Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key player in our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also work closely with our sales team, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our internal teams. Key Responsibilities Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Provide exceptional customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs. Perform accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process. Partner with and provide administrative support to arenaflex's Sales Department, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support to clients. Prior accounts receivable experience is highly encouraged, with a strong understanding of financial procedures and practices. High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended, with a strong foundation in mathematics, communication, and problem-solving skills. Verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Essential skills, including active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Computer skills, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS. Time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions. Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and practices. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of timely and effective support. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and mutual support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
