Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), with an associate's degree in a related field being preferred. A minimum of six months to one year of customer service and/or office experience, with outside or inbound sales experience and/or experience in the moving industry being highly desirable.
