Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, establishing rapport and building confidence in arenaflex services through in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Conduct open-ended, probing conversations to determine customer requirements and expectations, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Accurately input information into our internal move software to estimate costs for customers and schedule needs for movers, drivers, and trucks, ensuring seamless execution of our services. Make personalized recommendations to customers on moving services, boxes, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services, enhancing their overall experience with arenaflex. Educate customers on terminology, policies, procedures, anticipated delays, and any additional information necessary to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements when scheduling moving services and staff, ensuring that all operations are conducted with integrity and adherence to regulations. Continuously update your knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate the benefits and value of our offerings and address any customer objections. Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints or concerns. Calmly and professionally handle displeased customers, providing timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service standards. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), with an associate's degree in a related field being preferred. A minimum of six months to one year of customer service and/or office experience, with outside or inbound sales experience and/or experience in the moving industry being highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills, including being friendly, courteous, and helpful, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support to our customers. Effective listening and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently. Good organizational and time management skills, with accurate and consistent attention to detail. Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques, with the confidence to initiate customer contact and ask for the sale. A strong team player mentality, with the ability to work productively with a wide range of people and personalities in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.
