Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction. Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes: Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring that our customers receive uninterrupted support. During the training period, you'll have the opportunity to learn about our systems, processes, and policies, as well as develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document call content and maintain detailed records. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of medical insurance and healthcare-related topics. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems. Certifications or training in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
