About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our exceptional service, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need throughout their journeys. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers inside and outside our centers, using cutting-edge technology to manage rentals and inventory, and maintaining our equipment to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with our products and services, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless customer journeys Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain our equipment, including cleaning, inspecting, and preparing rental invoices Answer questions and educate customers regarding our products and services, providing expert advice and guidance Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) Drive a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) Participate in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with moderate risks or discomforts, and be willing to use protective clothing or gear as required. Physical demands of the role include long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted. Essential Qualifications: Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts Physical ability to perform the demands of the role Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Technical skills, including proficiency in smartphone-based technology Certification in equipment inspection and maintenance (offered through arenaflex upon employment) Forklift operation certification (offered through arenaflex upon employment) Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
