Document and track all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times, providing a supportive and solutions-focused approach to customer service. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
