In 2024 alone, over 85,000 candidates completed assessments through NTN. Our dedicated team of Industrial/Organizational (I/O) and clinical psychologists ensures the highest standards of validity and reliability in all testing products. Position Overview: In 2024, NTN expanded its services to include pre-hire psychological evaluations tailored for public safety positions. These evaluations are performed by licensed, contracted psychologists supporting agencies in Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, Missouri, Wisconsin, Arkansas, and beyond. With growing demand and expanding partnerships, NTN seeks to grow its evaluator network in 2025. Responsibilities: • Review candidate assessment data, including personality and psychopathology results normed for public safety applicants. • Conduct structured clinical interviews using NTN’s standardized guides. • Prepare detailed evaluation reports using NTN’s user-friendly templates. • Collaborate with NTN’s psychological services team, which manages administrative tasks including candidate communications, consent, and document collection. Qualifications: • PhD or PsyD in Psychology, licensed to practice in one or more states. • PSYPACT licensure is preferred to provide multi-state evaluation services. • Experience or interest in public safety psychological evaluations is a plus. Compensation: • Approximately 2 hours per case. • $150 per completed evaluation.
