Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and helping them navigate our services and options. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, and your goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions Provide timely and effective solutions to member inquiries and concerns Support members in navigating our services and options Document member interactions and maintain accurate records Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall customer experience Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military) Computer experience with Windows-based applications An associate's degree or equivalent experience Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner Reliability and compliance with certain standards Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy benefits Experience with HIPAA compliance and federal regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
