Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you will play a vital role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This project focuses on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
