Job Overview As a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their questions, technical issues, and logistical concerns. Your goal will be to provide quick and effective solutions, ensuring customer happiness, satisfaction, and success. You will communicate with clients via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
