As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sales and operations partners to validate orders, ensure data accuracy, and provide proactive updates on order status. Key Responsibilities Validate ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency Enter purchase orders (POs) with high accuracy, including Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms, while pushing back on incorrect or subpar data submissions Verify the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases to ensure seamless operations Develop and implement creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process and ensure timely resolution of customer issues Support the Sales Department by responding to questions generated by telephone, emails, and faxes, and researching responses with sales teams Build and maintain relationships with hospital billing specialists to support surgery product usage questions, accelerate billing processes, and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with Sales Representatives to address product usage pricing or discrepancies, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience as an account representative, with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer service principles Familiarity with Oracle or similar software systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and operations partners Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex customer issues Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and sales support Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
