You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in delivering high-quality results and meeting our operational goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents * Reconcile Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity * Analyze complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications * Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile * Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions * Engage with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the financial industry, particularly in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 * Familiarity with tax coding and corrections * Experience with internal/external system improvements or concerns * Ability to analyze complex issues and provide recommendations for improvement **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
