As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers who possess a policy through arenaflex, responding to requests via telephone regarding insurance and other financial service products and benefit plans. You'll also research and respond to requests, discuss options, and provide policy-specific information to customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide service to customers who possess a policy through arenaflex by responding to requests via telephone regarding insurance and other financial service products and benefit plans * Research and respond to requests, discuss options, and provide policy-specific information to customers * Explain policy features and benefits, provide policy-specific information, and respond to requests regarding claims and processing transactions * Support campaigns to increase revenue, generate sales, and conserve existing assets * Work in a team environment to improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers * Demonstrate a strong understanding of company products, administrative, claims, underwriting, and marketing organizations * Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of call center service experience (preferred) * 2-3 years of customer service experience (required) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Superior telephone etiquette, excellent listening skills, and ability to articulate ideas * Ability to understand and respond clearly to customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers * Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and manage stress * Basic computer skills and ability to think out of the box to generate innovative process improvements * Strong solid math and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous call center experience * Ability to work various shifts within hours of operation * Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and additional hours * Previous experience in the insurance and healthcare industry **Skills and Competencies** * Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Strong analytical and mathematical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
