The Opportunity In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our sellers and customers, addressing a wide range of event and order-related inquiries via phone and email. Key Responsibilities Manage transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, providing timely and effective support via phone and email Address a broad range of event and order-related questions, resolving issues fairly and constructively Proactively identify potential order issues, think critically, and develop solutions to problems Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and implement corrective actions Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues, and determining priority areas for real-time assistance Monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers Collaborate with internal teams to advance skill sets, achieve individual and team goals, and drive continuous improvement Role Progression and Expectations As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your role will evolve over time, with increasing responsibilities and opportunities for growth. Here's a snapshot of what you can expect in the first 30, 90, and 180 days: 30 days: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge about arenaflex operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplace. Develop critical thinking skills to identify potential order issues and find solutions. 60 days: Investigate customer experience issues, resolve problems fairly, and handle day-to-day interactions with sellers. Navigate order queues, prioritize tasks, and provide real-time assistance. 90 days: Take an active role in continued learning, advancing your skill sets to achieve individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls, monitor open and pending orders, and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
