In this role, you'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, leveraging your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to deliver white glove treatment. Your day will be filled with answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and making recommendations to close sales. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries Make recommendations for products or services to resolve customer issues and close sales Utilize your knowledge of high fashion brands and haute couture to deliver personalized service Recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues with ease and professionalism What You Bring to the Table To succeed in this role, you'll need: An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve complex customer issues Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications High-speed internet access (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you'll need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are also essential.
