We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients and partners. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative for the MHC, you will be responsible for providing information and assistance to customers regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange. You will utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers.
